Mr. Vikas Bhatia

Global Learning & Research Centre

Vikas has been associated with Global Learning & Research Centre as Program Head for Dubai Region. Vikas overlooks the business activities of Middle East Region and has been actively involved in developing and nurturing new and existing business relationships of our clients. Also, he is closely associated with the Ethiopian ministry and is a part of world bank program for capacity building within Ethiopian Region.

Solomon David (PhD)

Assistant Professor - Educational Management and Leadership

He has ten years of university teaching experience including his teaching experiences at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, SRM University, Chennai, India, and University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

He also has special interest in comparative international education, higher education, sociology of education, curriculum studies and educational policy. He obtained his B.A., (St. John' College) B.Ed., (St. Xavier's College of Education) and M.A., from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, India and got his M.Ed., and PhD from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He has been a post-doctoral research and teaching fellow at University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

He also has done various short term courses and trainings including the one from APCIEU - South Korea and UNED - Spain. He received IRO-KUL doctoral fellowship for his doctoral research, post-doctoral research fellowship award from University of Johannesburg, South Africa and various other awards including Sharing Knowledge Project award - VLIR UOS.

He has guest lectured at various other institutions in Belgium, India and South Africa. He has been an intern at UNESCO, Paris, France, a trainee at DG Education and Culture, European Commission, Brussels, Belgium and has been a consultant to various organizations such as CFCA, Missio, SuAzio, Diligent, Studio Globo and few others.

He has published three books and over 15 articles in reputed journals. He actively conducts independent and joint research focusing to publish at accredited journals. He is a member in the editorial board on 'Journal of Dialogues in Education', and a reviewer in the journal 'Education as Change', 'Studies in Higher Education' and in few others. Currently he is interested to conduct research in the following areas; comparative international higher education, higher education governance, university leadership, sociology of knowledge, curriculum studies, intercultural education and education for international understanding.

Dr Solomon collaborates with GLRC in the delivery of training on education sector leadership and managing for results.

Mr. Khuzeema Mustaq

MS Project Specialist Senior level assignments in IT Program Management, project Management & Operations Management, Around 17 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Vendor Management, Resource Management, Resource Planning, Budgeting & Costing, Team Management, Systems development& IT Operations.

Mr. Rahul juneja

PMI-PMP certified professional having 11+ years' experience with different rules as Project Lead, Technology Specialist and Tech Lead. Worked complete software development life cycle in the avionics domain. Qualifications Master of Science (Computer Science) from Manipal University, katnataka, October 2009 with CGPA 8.2, Diploma in Advance Computing from Center for Development of Advance Computing (CDCA) pune, Maharashtra, Jan 2033 with A Grade. Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) From Sir M Visveswariah Institute of Technology, Viveswariah University, Belgaum Karnataka, Aug 2002 with 77.7% aggregate. Certifications PMI-PMP certification 2014, Integrated Project Management Training on 28th March 2011,Honeywell Certified Manager on 30th May 2009,Six Sigma green Belt Training completed in Nov. 2005, Avionic domain phase 1 and 2 internal training completed organized by Honeywell in January 2004.

Amanda Reeds (PhD)

Patricia's previous work experience with the top global fortune 500 companies has given her a solid background for operating in this culturally diverse environment.

Amanda has been working before as KPMG, United Kingdom as a Partner and has been actively involved in the process of brining changes in the financial operating systems in many companies.

Her diverse experience in various fields make her one of the best trainers across Middle East and African Region.

Her stellar education background with masters from one of the best institutes in the world "London School of Economics",makes her as most suitable person for sharing her knowledge and experience.

Amanda has published various papers and done a lot of research work on Financial Regulations and Management in public sector.

Andre Sullivan (PhD)

Dr Andre joined GLRC with a background of over 15 years in Management and Training. His eye for detail enanbles him to deliver to the highest level of training.

Having more than a decade of experience in UAE in various companies at senior positions, Dr Andre brings the wealth of experience and knowledge across various fields.

Dr Andre has worked and lived in multiple geographic locations (USA, UK, Middle East, Turkey, Pakistan) and has held responsibilities covering numerous countries and diverse regions. With an early career in Consulting, transitioned into corporate roles of increasing responsibility and impact to influence overall business performance. Experience in the delivery of fast paced high growth markets as well as conservative environment. Attended world class programs at Harvard, University of Chicago and London School of Economics and selected to Corporate Leadership Program cohort at International Finance Corporation-World Bank Group.

Professor Theophilus Gokah (PhD)

Theophilus Kofi Gokah holds PhD from Cardiff University. He is a Fellow of UK Higher Education Academy (HEA) and Fellow of Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Professor Gokah is multi-disciplinary with backgrounds in Research Methodology theory & Practice; Management; Education Leadership & Management; Media & Communication; Social Sciences; Children's rights and wellbeing Policy & Practice in Africa; Public Health Communication and Human Rights Law.

Professor Gokah has taught in both private and public higher education sectors in the UK since 2003 and later in UAE. He has conducted seminar trainings in procurement management, managing donor funded projects in Africa and managing donor finance. Prof. Gokah has mentored scores of postgraduate research student’s projects across disciplines. He has published many academic papers across disciplines and has contributed to book-chapters including three books. Professor Gokah has profound interest in pushing the boundaries of higher education enterprise.

Apolos Goyal (PhD)

Dr Apolos Goyal holds a PhD degree from Western Michigan University (USA) and he is an Associate Professor of Management and Chair of BBA program in the Emirates College for Management and Information Technology. He is an accomplished professional with broad, skills as a participatory/collaborative leader and in-depth knowledge relating to Leadership and management, Monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects using the logic model, evidence base, and impact methodologies. He has published a number of journal articles and contributed book chapters on education leadership and vocational and technical education in developing countries.

He is also a professional educator with more than 15 years of post-secondary/high school teaching and research experience in American style universities in the fields of Education, management, performance, Leadership, Liberal Arts and multi-disciplinary studies at both graduate and undergraduate levels within different internationally diverse and multi-cultural contexts.
